Duco Limited expands client base and capability through recent acquisition
Duco Pty Limited, announced that it has successfully completed negotiations with 1308 Pty Limited, a local IT Service Provider, for the acquisition of its IT Resourcing business. This strategic move will enable Duco to expand its client base and strengthen its Managed IT Services and Resourcing Solutions offerings.
Under the terms of the agreement, Duco will assume the management of 1308 Limited’s existing IT resource client contracts, while 1308 Limited will focus on its core IT services and solutions. This will allow Duco to leverage its expertise and resources to deliver superior IT solutions to its newly acquired client base.
Jason Clark, Duco’s Managing Director, expressed his excitement about the acquisition, stating that it provides Duco with an immediate increase in its client base and an additional team of highly skilled and experienced staff. He also noted that this is the first in a series of planned acquisitions aimed at establishing Duco as a leading Managed IT Service provider in South Australia.
